Managing your subscription
You can manage or cancel a subscription any time from your account page — under your plan, choose Manage or cancel subscription. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep any credits already in your balance until they expire.

How credits work
Each area you check uses 10 credits. Re-checking the same place on the same day is free. Plans top up your credits monthly; one-off packs add credits without a subscription. Credits expire 60 days after they're purchased or granted.
About the scores
Area scores are built from public data (e.g. recorded crime, flood-risk areas, air quality, nearby amenities and schools) and are an early, improving preview — a helpful starting point for comparing areas, not a definitive verdict. Always do your own research before making a decision about where to live.
